Dear Signtronix - First of all, thank you and your company very much for you service as well as your recent letter which included a prize award for “Second Place” in the amount of $400.00.

We wanted to return to your company our survey, which we have completed and express to your company that our sign is still very new to both the company as well as our customer cliental. We have not had an extended amount of response based on our new sign, but as we explained to your most of our customers have been repairing theirs vehicles at Charlie’s Garage for many years. Please keep in mind that our customers have expressed a positive attitude to the sign, which leads us to believe that we will be seeing new clients in the near future.

In addition, please find enclosded both a business card and our supermarket shopping cart advertisement in which we use our new Signtronix sign design to advertise our company. We hope that this additional advertisement that we now offer to the public will also bring in new business and remind customers of the pat that we wtill do exist and offer the same outstanding service.
