Signtronix Customer Service Delivers - Again!
Dear Mr. Foy,
I wanted to take time out to tell you about the wonder experience we at Rockwell Farms Nursery had with Signtronix. When the sign came in it was damaged at two of the welds. Of course I had already purchased the sign and had an insecure feeling as anyone would in my position. I called Signtronix direct and the nice lady on the other end of the phone said, “No problem, just have it fixed and send us the bill.” So I did and Signtronix promptly reimbursed me.
The sign looks great! I had no idea it would be so bright! Our 4×8 sign can be seen from 8/10 of a mile at night. I am so glad I trusted you in purchasing such an invaluable asset for our company. I encourage any of your potential customers to call me or come see for themselves.
