St. Louis Road Warriors
It was a powerful day when President, Tom Johnson came to teach and 17 Road Warriors came to learn. On a recent trip to St. Louis, Tom taught the Road Warriors how to present with passion, how to close with conviction, and how to speak and listen with a level of self confidence that is rare in the world of sales today. They discussed the pit falls on the road to success, and they learned of the dip that we all go thru before becoming an expert. They also learned how to re-master the parts of our presentation so they owned it. Everyone agreed it was a meaningful day. After spending the day together, spouses joined in at the Ritz Carlton for appetizers and happy hour.
“Having the President of Signtronix with us all day sharing the secrets that made him a success has made a huge difference in the lives of many dealers,” said RM Jeff Dean. Tom’s counsel resulted in a five, five, five deal! FIVE Ice Breakers for FIVE new Dealers in the FIVE days following his visit.

Tucson Red Hot Peppers
A new Dealer for the Tucson Red Hot Peppers, Anton Christiansen, got his icebreaker the first day in the field with an ISLED-40-4 combo. Why not get that pesky icebreaker out of the way the first day? After his first sale, Anton met some challenges but continued on knowing this is what he wanted and he indeed will make it work!
Things continued to be a bit bumpy when Anton took his son to California for special medical treatment. While there his car broke down. Like a real trouper, he left the car, got a ride home for the whole family, then borrowed a car to go out and keep selling. He was rewarded with another sale (ISLED 40 Combo) to round out his first two weeks.

It was apparent that Buck put a lot of time and effort into his preparations for the Monday morning meeting, and it was close all the way to Final Jeopardy when “Gator” came through on the tough final question, “Jim, I’m sure your wife trusts your ability to make a decision in favor of your business…….” in answer to the question, “What is…I have to talk it over with my wife”? After attempting to get the husband and wife team to qualify on a lease for an ISLED-40 Combo, Larry decided that a cash conversion was in order. He started with the Combo, but with finances the way they were dropped to what the merchant would be able to afford NOW. The IS-40 with a bit of overage is perfect for them. NOW the restaurant is a SHOWCASE LOCATION! And Larry has a victory, with cash in his hand NOW! Congratulations Larry! Ali Howe said, “Larry has also put his 30 day work plan down in writing.
