We have a small business in Houston, MS. The name of our place is Grocer’s Pride Supermarket. We have owned it for ten years, but prior to us it was a Sunflower store for about 40 years. Since we live in a small town most everyone knows what our service is and we have been blessed with a wonderful location. We have a thriving little business, but are in the process of making changes so that it will be even more beneficial.
We recently purchased a sign from Mr. Carter through your company, Signtronix. The survey sheets that we have enclosed show that some new traffic has come from our sign. This is great news; however, I am most excited about the image that it gives us now as we are making changes. It was our first step in our forward move.
I would definitely purchase this sign again and would recommend it to others. The comments have been all very positive from customers and the community in general. People love to see what we have spelled out and the bottom of our sign each week. I have people at church, football games, and just all over town say they can’t go by without reading our sign.
In closing, I would just like to say that I and my husband are very pleased with our sign. I think it was well worth the investment.
Dear Signtronix, I opened a small take out restaurant in western Massachusetts in September. I knew the winter months would be tough and Doug Stripp your sales rep come in at just the right time. My sign arrived on the exact date he said it would. Though my traffic survey shows more “word of mouth” customers then “your sign,” I know the sign is drawing people into my shop. Doug himself was a big inspiration to me. At at time when business had really slowed down he helped me realize the potential of my new business. I get comments on my sign every week. It is advertising for me when I’m not even there. This sign has helped improve my business by expressing an image if professionalism to potential customers.
I am writing this letter to say thank you for your help in designing my new sign. Being locaed 5 miles out of town on a rural route has some disadvantages. Most people travel this road to and from work to reach the city, Since the new sign was installed I have had more potential customers. I’ve had some people say, they have stopped because the noticed my sign. Again, thank you for your help in designing the new sign.
I have to be honest, I really didn’t know how much the sign would bring in traffic, but before I had time to take the survey, I had people walking in saying they didn’t know we were here and they had seen the sign. So the sign is paying for itself. Thanks!
I received my Signtronix sign on June 18. After one month, I saw an increase of 10% to my net income over the same period last year. While it is difficult to determine exactly where the increase comes from, I know that the Signtronix sign has brought in new customers that I would not have seen otherwise. The customers’ comments have all been favorable. With various community information displayed for everyone to seem I hope that we will become the cornerstone of the East Falmouth community.
I also have to admit I love exploring and playing with the various features. I have yet to utilize the scheduling feature but plan to do so soon. One feature that seems to get glossed over is the custom artwork on the sign. It has our logo which was created by hand and is in all of our print ads. This ties our sign to all of our ads for instant recognition and acts as a memory cue for out print ads when people drive by or are stuck in traffic and their attention is drawn to our sign.
We are looking forward to many years of informative signage for our customers and the community.
