RM Lance Pelton and DM Keith Ives couldn’t say enough positive things about Chris Albain in Technical.   Yesterday Chris helped Keith with some issues Raby Plumbing was having with their EMC.

Keith was very impressed with the professionalism, patience and knowledge Chris shared in being able to fix the situation and make a very happy customer.  Lance Pelton, Keith Ives and the entire Trailblazers region send their thanks to Chris and Customer Service for all they do!  Everyone at the home office works very hard to support our sales force, and we love being able to pass along the compliments and nice words.  Thanks so much!
