Dear Sir - Upon receiving and installing my new visual display ( Signtronix sign) I never imagined how just a “sign” could captivate the public. I knew it was designed with expertise but the community response was quite overwhelming. I saw sales slowly, the first few days, increase, but by the following week my sales went up 45% percent from last years. I asked approximately 23 customers their opinion on its cosmetic looks and appeal to their shopping eye. Their response was basically the same. We had to come in and see what those “roses” were all about. The “roses” were about the Victorian era, antiques and collectibles, my hobby. Their response was wonderful. They spent their money, left happy and always said they would return. January has not even ended and a majority already have returned.
I did not realize the visual effect this Signtronix sign would have on the public and my business. I greatly appreciate Signtronix ability to help me increase my sales far beyond last year and their unique and talented Art and Sales Department. Thank you.

We always knew we needed a new sign our front. We have been in business here for 25 years and some people thought we were a truck terminal, now there is no doubt that this is a restaurant, and our specialty is breakfast!
Our business has increased 200%. We have recently hired two new waitresses, and opened up the night shift three nights a week, Friday night fish fry is really booming! Special thanks to our wonderful sales man who showed us how we could afford a sign, and more importantly, how we couldn’t afford not to get a sign!

Dear Signtronix - As per my agreement with Mr. Richard B. Truex, I am writing this testimonial.
I put my sign up with a simple scrolling message and left it for four days, then I started asking for suggestions from my employees and random customers about the content and presentation. Upon receipt of their input I took it back down and experimented with the different types of programming and presentation. When we were all satisfied we re-hung it with the new wording and shorter flashing blinking messages.
Three weeks after the new wording we took a customer survey, as suggested and received information that the only advertising that out did our sign was word of mouth. It beat the newspaper and radio ads handily.
My daily invoicing has increased from an average of 65 to an average of 75 invoices a day. Since this is a new business and we have had a steady increase in sales every month, I think the purchase of this Signtronix sign has increased the monthly growth and will help get my store on a break even footing quicker then projected.

Dear Signtronix - We are a new business in town. After converting an old marina into a tackle store and pastry shop with care, we opened our doors for business. Business was slow as we expected it to be, being the new kid on the block.
Sales were very low. We passed our flyers and had the local paper do an article about us. This helped a small amount.
After installing our new Signtronix sign, business doubled. During the coming tourist season we are sure that having a Signtronix sign will greatly benefit our profit margin. Since the sign has been installed we have heard many times from local citizens that they did not know we were here until the drove by and saw the sign. A lot of them said they still thought this was the old marina.

We contracted to put up a Signtronix sign on our property during the last months of 2003. The sign was installed in January, 2004.
Before we put up the sign, our business was difficult to find, as we sit back form the street, across an expanse of grass and parking lot. With our previous signage, customers would constantly call to tell us they could not find our business. We were giving directions daily.
Since the Signtronix sign installation, we have only had to guide customers to our business a couple of times. The sign is well-designed and visible. Customers are actually able to find us with minimal effort. We get compliments on how the sing looks quite frequently.

Dear Signtronix - Our new sign has now been installed for just over a month. We are extremely pleased with the design of the sign and the improved visibility. It can’t help but draw customers to the restaurant! I especially appreciate the time you spent with me designing a sign that was not only to my liking, but also had the expertise behind it to be an effective advertising tool. From that point on we have had nothing but excellent service from everyone involved in the process of design, financing, and quick delivery. The product is everything you promised it would be.
Because of the nature of our business and the seasonal fluctuations, it is difficult to give actual dollars of increased business over the past month, but I have no doubt the Signtronix sign is already paying for itself. I only wish we would have made this change years ago. The dollars spent will produce greater revenue than radio, newspaper or TV advertising. We receive compliments daily from customers, friends and local business people on the choice we made, we are a Signtronix customer!
Signtronix - I have had my electronic message board for about six months now, and I can already see an increase in sales. Most people would just come in for an oil change not aware of all the services we provide. Now that I can advertise services we provide, specials, etc. and now they com in asking for specials they had seen on the Signtronix sign.
I really like the date, time, and temperature feature. I know when I am driving down the road and I see a business that has a sign like mine, I make it a habit to look up when I drive by, so I know my customers will to.
I know my new 4×8 Signtronix sign has increased traffic flow. My old sign was plain and not well lit, plus it blended into the background. Now my sign is lit up all day and night plus I get more business from people that can now see my sign form the highway. I have people asking me “how long have you been here?” my answer “five years”. This is how I know my Signtronix sign is bringing in new customers.

Signtronix - You sign has been a real interest catcher to our business in many ways. First and most importantly, it has bought us in a few new customers who did not know we offered the services until they saw them listed on your sign. Secondly, several individuals have noticed the Signtronix sign and made numerous remarks complimenting it’s look. We have other business owners that are interested in the product and it’s abilities.
